Shipping Information

At this time, we are only able to ship to addresses within the United States.

Orders usually ship the business day after they are received, however, it may take 1-3 business days for orders to be processed.

All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, shipping times may take 2-5 business days. Shipping carriers are experiencing extremely larger than normal volumes of mail, please allow up to 7 extra days shipping time.

All seed and water kefir orders are shipped year-round, while live plants and flower bulbs are shipped May – October.

Items stating *Ships directly from supplier* in the description will have shipping costs calculated at checkout.

If ordering from more than one category, your order will all ship together and you will only be charged one shipping charge. For example if you order live plants and seed packs you will only be charged for the cost of shipping live plants. Large orders may require an additional shipping charge.

Missing / Lost Packages

The customer is responsible for providing valid a shipping address. Trav’s Gardens is not responsible for shipping delays due to customer error.

Trav’s Gardens emails tracking information to you as soon as we create a shipping label for your package. Tracking numbers can take 24 hours to update after packages have been picked up by carrier. For all questions regarding the whereabouts of a package after it has shipped, we recommend checking the status with the tracking information provided by the shipping carrier.

If after 7 business days your package has not arrived and is marked as delivered, you can submit a Missing Mail Search Request to the shipping carrier. Usually missing packages are either accidently delivered to a neighbor’s address or end up arriving after a slight delay. We recommend first checking with neighbors and/or contacting the carrier with your tracking number to see if they can provide additional information regarding your missing package. No cash refunds can be given for missing packages.
