Refund and Returns Policy

Our goal at Trav’s Gardens is to pack and ship orders accurately, and for them to arrive in good condition. In the event your package is damaged during delivery, is missing products, or contains damaged or unsatisfactory plants/products, please contact us immediately so we can make it right!

We cannot accept returns of seeds or live plants.

If you receive bad seeds or plants that do not survive, please contact us within 60 days of receipt for a free one-time replacement. Photos of plants will be required before a replacement is authorized.

Seed and Plant availability is limited. In the event an item is unavailable at the time you report an issue, we will offer you the choice of:

  1. An account/store credit for the purchase price of the item.
  2. A refund for the purchase price of the item.

Returns/refunds for items shipped directly from manufacturer/supplier will be accepted within 30 days of receipt of item.
